An Animal Quilt may be just perfect for someone you know!

I think the best part of making an animal quilt is finding just the right pattern or fabric.

Sometimes, you'll find a pattern that you know someone in your life would just love. So then the hunt is on for the right fabrics to use. Other times, you find the cutest fabric and then have to find a pattern to use.

Animal quilts are very popular with children and adults. Your aunt is crazy about cats, so make her a cat quilt. Your son's favorite thing is frogs, hop to it and make a frog quilt.

I've seen quilts with just about any animal on them - bears, penguins, dogs, pigs, cows, chickens, fish, whales, even carousel animals.
